Chilli pepper recognises its responsibilities to the environment and employs a rigorous company ‘green policy’ wherever possible. This policy is reviewed on a six monthly basis to take into account changes in both legislation and professional practice.
Food supplies
- All menus are seasonally linked, in an effort to cut travel admissions produced by foreign food distribution.
- We procure international fair-trade goods where possible.
- Raw ingredients are sourced from sustainable and if possible organic and local suppliers.
- All our meat supplies are from British stock, free-range, ethically & humanely reared.
- Our clients are encouraged to purchase local bottled waters.
