At Chilli Pepper, we are very particular about who we employee, as each member of staff is an extension of our working family. Management spend many gruelling hours headhunting the most professional, friendly and creative people, who will represent and maintain all our company values and culture. Whilst experience is not essential, enthusiasm is imperative! Full training is carried out to integrate employees seamlessly to the team.

The months surrounding the summer and Christmas periods are particularly action-packed and Chilli Pepper is always on the look out for new people to come and join the team, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
